Two ways to split
Choosing one PDF gives you a single file containing every page you selected, in order. Choosing separate files gives you one PDF per range — so 1-3, 5 becomes two files, delivered together in one zip so your browser only asks once.
What it cannot do yet
Password-protected files are refused rather than guessed at.
