Your files

Every tool on this site runs inside your own browser. When you pick a PDF, it is opened on your device, worked on there, and saved back to your device. It is never uploaded to a server — not ours, not anyone's. This is not a promise about how carefully we store your files; it is a statement that we never have them in the first place.

Accounts

There are none. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into, no email address to give.

What we do collect

We count visits. Which pages were opened, roughly where in the world from, and which browser — the same figures any shopkeeper gets by watching the door. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for this, which sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. There is no profile of you, because there is nothing to build one from.

We want to be plain about the one thing this does mean: loading a page here tells Cloudflare that a page here was loaded. It does not tell them, or us, anything about your document. Your file is opened on your own machine and never sent anywhere, so it is not part of what is counted and could not be.

Our host also keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does — the sort of thing that records that a page was requested, not who you are or what you did with it.

Fonts and code

The fonts and the code that does the work are served from this site itself, not borrowed from another company's servers. Nothing you type, draw or open is sent anywhere while you use a tool.

How to check

Do not take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the network tab, and use any tool on this site. You will see the page and its fonts load, and the visit being counted. You will not see your file go anywhere, because it does not.
