Choose the Urdu numerals and the pages are numbered ۱، ۲، ۳ — with the words in Urdu as well, so a page reads صفحہ ۳ از ۱۲. Almost no tool offers this, and a document meant for Urdu readers should not be counting in someone else's digits.
Your pages are not touched
